About Mujeres Unidas y Activas
Mujeres Unidas y Activas (MUA) is a grassroots, member-led organization of Latina and Indigenous immigrant women with a mission of growing our personal community power to achieve social and economic justice. MUA provides spaces for immigrant women to find community, access vocational training and support services, heal from trauma through arts and expression, and organize to defend our rights as immigrants, women and workers.
