About Front Porch Communities Foundation
Front Porch Communities and Services is a not-for-profit owner/operator of older adult retirement and affordable housing communities, supporting 7,500 residents at 54 sites. Front Porch’s mission is to inspire and build community, cultivating meaningful relationships and experiences that respond creatively to changing needs. Anchoring its social accountability investment is its 20+ year-old Community Services division, which positively impacts the lives of over 10,000 people annually. Community Services programs address three critical issues that affect older adults: Housing (Home Match), Nutrition (Market Day), Creative Engagement (Creative Spark, Ruth’s Table, and Front Porch Gallery), and Social Connection (Well Connected, Well Connected Español, and Social Call).
