About Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center
Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center works to preserve and enhance the ethnic, cultural, and economic diversity of Bernal Heights, the Excelsior, and surrounding neighborhoods. We promote action to build a just and equitable community for all. By empowering tenants, clients, residents, and allies to advocate for their needs and for the needs of the community we achieve not just stable communities but vibrant, engaged neighborhoods with equitable access to city resources.
